Initial Contact from the People Operations Team

One of our accomplished ABDOSOFT recruiters will initiate your introduction to the company. Through a series of communications, they will conduct initial assessments to gauge your suitability for the role.

Step 2
Invitation to Meet our HR, Founder & CEO

This pivotal stage entails joining a Zoom call, during which you'll be personally introduced to ABDOSOFT Founder and President. He will conduct a live slide presentation, guiding you through ABDOSOFT history. The presentation concludes with a Q&A session, allowing you to pose any questions to Matt.

Step 3
Invitation to Participate in the Group Interview

You will partake in a distinctive group interview, setting our interview process apart. Alongside other candidates invited to interview for the same role (usually ranging from 4 to 6 candidates), you will engage with the ABDOSOFT leadership team. They will guide you through a series of questions using a round-robin approach, ensuring each candidate addresses the same inquiries. At the conclusion of the two-hour group interview, the floor will be open for you to pose questions to the leadership team.

Step 4
Evaluation of Skills and Cultural Alignment

Following the group interview, we will shortlist the finalists who will progress to the second round. Depending on the position, this phase could involve a project or skills assessment. You will engage in a personalized Zoom call with department managers, providing you the opportunity to acquaint yourself with the team leads and supervisors you'll collaborate with.
